Sprint Adds Special Deal To Bring In New Customers

Sprint Nextel had a rough last quarter after they lost over $29 billion and 683,000 billed subscribers. Now they are looking to make a comeback by bringing in new customers with their unlimited calling plan that is said to be better than what Verizon and AT&T offer.

GM Suffers $72 Million Quarterly Loss

General Motors is suffering from a $722 million loss in the fourth-quarter. In an attempt to lower costs they have offered more buyouts to all of their 74,000 unionized employees. GM seems to be suffering because of the unusually slow market and because it has been spending a lot on it s General Motors Acceptance Corporation.
